The Ignite Innovation for Climate Change (ICC) Virtual Challenge is a 2-day online hackathon and incubator supported by the British Council through the Future News Worldwide (FNW) program, and facilitated by

Inspire Africa for Global Impacts Initiative.

 

It prompts young people to learn and apply human centred design-thinking and digital business skills to create product innovations solving climate change problems in Africa. 

 

A simultaneous documentary/film series sensitises youth on the impact of climate change by raising awareness of challenges faced by African communities.
